The new Richard Wolf Video Mediastinoscopes feature special high performance optics integrated into the scope and handle for immediate visibility inside the mediastinum as soon as the instrument is inserted. The line of the optical axis ensures that the view is always directed towards the object.
Video Mediastinoscopes are available with either fixed or dilating atraumatic blades. The dilating blades are parallel adjustable to provide optimal three dimensional space within the surgical field.
