Morce Power Plus – the new generation of electronic morcellators - small, lightweight, powerful, easy to operate, and completely reusable.  Morce Power Plus can be used with confidence to effectively meet all of your laparoscopic morcellation needs.

The Morce Power Plus electronic morcellation system combines lightweight construction with the power of the latest micromotor technology.  The control unit is a compact design, can be readily integrated into existing equipment systems, and is easily operated with footswitch control.  Rotation speed is adjustable from 100 rpm up to 1,000 rpm.

The morcellator handpiece is ergonomically designed for maximum control and maneuverability.  A special handle ensures a secure grip.  Morcellator systems are available in 12 - 15 - 20mm sizes.  Standard 10mm hand instruments, such as tenaculum and claw forceps, can be used.

Cutting tubes are made of top quality hardened stainless steel and are full reusable and autoclavable.  Trocar sleeves are equipped with automatic flap valves to prevent loss of gas.  A special “beak” on the sleeve distal tip protects underlying tissue during morcellation and acts as a “feeder” to guide tissue toward the cutting edge.  A CUT / NO CUT feature allows the cutting edge to be advanced for cutting action and retracted within the trocar sleeve to protect tissue and organs.

The automatic dual sealing system features two independent seals that maintain pneumoperitoneum by preventing loss of gas when instruments are introduced and when tissue is pulled through.

An optional trocar sleeve adapter is also available.  The adapter will allow the sleeve to be introduced with a short trocar independent of the morcellator.  The morcellator is attached after placement of the sleeve and can then be detached after the procedure so that residual tissue fragments can be extracted directly through the sleeve.
