The complete line of 2.7 mm and 4 mm systems for diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy include the Panoview Plus optics for distortion-free, flat field images.  

This offering also includes the 2.7 mm scope with the 3.5 mm diagnostic sheaths and 5.5 mm continuous-flow OptiFLOW sheath with 5 Fr. working channel which is suitable for use with Essure and HTA . 

The Compact, All-in-One Hysteroscope, with a 5 mm outer diameter and 5 Fr. working channel, continues to be a best seller for those who prefer an intergrated sheath system.  This too is suitable for use with the Essure procedure.

The 4 mm scope system includes a 5 mm diagnostic sheath, and two 7 mm continuous flow operative systems: one with a deflector by Dr. Gallinat.  These systems allow the freedom to use 3 Fr., 5 Fr. and 7 Fr. forceps through the working channel.

The most popular resectoscopes are 25.5 Fr. and 27 Fr. in size.  These are designed with the QuiConnect Sheaths for ease of use when fitting the sheaths together.  Both systems are available with open or closed handle styles and are passive cutting action.  Electrodes available include: Thin Cutting electrode 0.3 mm, Thick Cutting Electrode 0.4 mm, Flex Point Electrode and Large Roller Bar Electrode.

Auxillary instruments available and essential for hysteroscopy include the Cohen Cannula, Gimpelson Tenaculum, and Uterine Manipulators by Sargis and Hulka.
