How does a Fee Per Use Agreement Work?

It allows the cost of the Equipment to be calculated down to the cost per procedure done.

Here is how it works:

Equipment cost is $20,000.00. The facility estimates it will complete at least 20 procedures per month.

Here is the cost:

Cost per procedure will be: $27.75X 20 proceedures per month = monthly payment of $555.00 for 36 months.
