The VIPAQ™ is a new developed videoscope system (chip on the tip) with a direct digital USB output. Any laptop/PC with a USB 2.0 input can be used without any problems. The live image from the VIPAQ™ can be to seen on the monitor or display of the laptop/PC in real time. As a matter of fact, it is also possible to store digital pictures directly on the computer hard disk by a remote button on the VIPAQ^™ handle.

A driver and software will be provided along with the VIPAQ™ videoscope. With a standard software like MS Movie Maker,  it is possible to record small video sequences on the computer hard disk too. With  some remote buttons on the VIPAQ™ handle important functions can be controlled with ease;

1. Picture freeze and release
2. Camerasensitivity in 5 steps
3. Automatic white balance

The flexible tip of the videoscope is steerable by remote control in 2 directions (180° up and 130° down). With the help of a built-in friction brake, each position of the bendable tip can be locked as desired.

A wide angle objective allows an excellent oversight. Three working lengths are available, 0.8m, 1.4m and 2.0m.

Existing video monitors can also be used because the VIPAQ™ is equipped with an additional S-video output as well as a remote connection for an additional image recorder. when working without computer but only a video monitor, a separate power supply is necessary. This unit is also provided as well as a cleaning kit and the driver software on an USB thumb drive.
