Sterilization Trays

Richard Wolf offers a range of high quality sterilization trays to meet diverse needs in health care facilities.

The Metal Trays are made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel with generous surface perforations to allow and accelerate the rapid contact of the sterilant with device surfaces. They have a Class II 510k clearance, and are designed with strict adherence to scientific principles including the weight of the content, thermal and fluid dynamics, cleaning and sterilization methods.

The Plastic Trays are light-weight plastic but with extraordinary durability to steam autoclaving. Additional validations approve Sterrad, ETO and cold sterilizing solutions.

Accessories help to customize trays. Silicone brackets are easy to add, and recommended to keep high fragile devices in place. The durable pin matting with its perforated design enhances fluid dynamics, helps draining and drying through the re-processing.

Our Specialty Trays are configured based on procedural needs in the various medical specialties.
